The Bespoke Process

Step 1: Consultation & Concept

Your bespoke jewellery journey begins with a personal consultation with Lottie. Whether you have a clear vision or just an idea, this is your opportunity to share your inspiration—whether it’s for a special occasion, a meaningful gift, or the redesign of an existing piece. Together, you’ll explore design possibilities, discuss your budget, and refine the overall direction of the piece. This step is all about understanding your style, story, and the significance behind your jewellery, ensuring the final creation is uniquely yours.

Step 2: Design & Sourcing

Once the concept is in place, Lottie will bring your ideas to life with initial design sketches, guiding you through the details of materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship techniques. If your design includes a gemstone, she’ll personally source a selection for you to choose from, ensuring it perfectly suits your vision. You’ll also receive a clear breakdown of timeframes and pricing to keep everything within budget. Once the design is finalised, Lottie will create detailed to-scale drawings using Illustrator or CAD. A 50% deposit is required at this stage to commence production.

Step 3: Crafting & Completion

With the design set, our skilled artisans begin the meticulous process of handcrafting your jewellery using traditional and modern techniques. Every detail is carefully considered, from the setting of stones to the final polish, ensuring the piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Once completed, your bespoke jewellery will be delivered, ready to be treasured for a lifetime.
