Kick off your jewellery journey with a friendly chat with Lottie. Share your vision or the milestone you’re celebrating. If you have a piece you want to repurpose, bring it along with any info you have. Together, you’ll discuss the brief and budget. 

Dive into the design options with Lottie. She’ll guide you through materials, stones, and production options. You’ll also get an idea of the lead time and pricing to ensure everything fits within your budget.

Lottie will illustrate some initial designs based on your discussion. If your piece includes a gem, she’ll source a selection for you to choose from, helping you visualise the final look.

After finalising the design, it’s time to bring it to life. Lottie will create detailed, to-scale drawings using Illustrator or CAD. Any final adjustments can be made at this stage. At this stage a 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Once you’re thrilled with the design, our master artisans will begin crafting your piece. Before you know it, your stunning new jewellery will be in your hands. Voilà!
