How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When your order is confirmed you'll receive a notification from Shopify. Please note, if you have ordered an item that is "made to order" then the item will ship after it has been produced. For any questions contact us on hello@andlottie.com
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, please contact us within 24hr of placing your order to change your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all our items globally, please refer to our shipping policy for an accurate shipping rate and lead times.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
If your item is in stock, we'll send your item with 24hr of receiving your order via tracked Royal Mail, so please allow 3-5 business working days.
If your order is made to order, please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your item.
