Dedication

Recognising the effects the jewellery industry has on the environment, &Lottie is built to facilitate traceability and accountability at every stage of the sourcing and manufacturing process.

&Lottie is dedicated to giving back to environmental, by offsetting its carbon footprint by selecting a charitable initiative for each collection with proceeds going to the likes of Marine & Deforestation conservation initiatives etc..

Ecologi & Lottie

We are aware of the effect the jewellery industry has on the environment and are constantly looking for ways to offset our carbon emissions. We believe everyone should have access to the best solutions to save our planet. We're proudly partnered with Ecologi.

Ecologi is a platform for real climate action through facilitating the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting around the world. Their mission is to reduce 50% of global CO2 emissions by 2040 and responsibly plant billions of trees every year.

&Lottie is committed to this mission which is why we plant 1 tree for every order placed at &Lottie.

 Anoothi & Lottie

Lottie with the ladies at Anoothi India making braided necklaces.

Jewellery has the potential to change lives. With the initiative of supporting local communities where & Lottie jewellery is produced. Lottie has been working with Anoothi, a non-governmental organisation that helps support social enterprise for women, of women, by women.

Providing marginalised women suffering from poverty, perpetual abuse and exploitation in rural India, giving them the opportunities to improve their standard of living, sense of dignity and independence by training them in scalable skills to produce premium hand-crafted goods.

Through education and skill development, the organisation helps to empower and give opportunities to disadvantaged women.

Our projects with Anoothi include the wonderful pouches in which your jewellery arrives, as well as our braided lucky charm necklaces (launching in October) of which proceeds of every sale go to the women of Anoothi and their local communities. These projects are a small step in allowing us to support the local communities where our jewellery is produced.
